With an illustrious corporate experience spanning over 45 years, Mr. Mehta has successfully mentored two generations of a highly skilled workforce. His rich expertise in trading and client-oriented stock broking has been instrumental in shaping the Company’s strong reputation in the industry. An alumna of Mithibai College, Mumbai, Pallavi Mehta has been an integral part of the Company since its inception. As the feminine face of the Board, she oversees the administration and human resources functions, ensuring smooth internal operations. Having witnessed and steered the Company through various market cycles, her depth of experience and understanding of organizational dynamics have made her the go-to person for the entire team during crucial situations. Vineet Mehta, an Post graduate and alumnus of Mithibai College, Mumbai, has been actively associated with the capital markets since 2008. He joined the Board in 2011 and currently manages the day-to-day operations of the Company. As a tech-savvy leader, Vineet has been instrumental in introducing new-age technology into the Company’s operations, enhancing both efficiency and client experience. With a forward-looking vision and a strong client-centric approach, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the clientele base and driving business growth in a rapidly evolving market environment.

A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai, Ketan J. Shah completed his article-ship at the prestigious M/s Bansi S. Mehta & Co., CAs, Mumbai. He initially gathered industry experience with a hydro power generating company before joining the Company in 2008. With core expertise in accounts, tax, law, and finance, Ketan has held various strategic roles, culminating in his appointment as CEO in 2021. He currently oversees the macro-level execution of business operations, ensuring seamless integration with regulatory compliance. His vigilant approach ensures that the Company maintains the highest standards of corporate governance and operational excellence.
